Food

		Alison Price has published two cook books and advised restaurants and major supermarket chains on food So expect something special. Tower of Asparagus: Cherry tomatoes, shallots, wild mushrooms and chargrilled artichoke hearts cooked in garlic and herbs, surrounded by alternate green and white asparagus spears.

Style

		Need a style or theme? This example, based on spring herbs is simple but really effective, using the scent of garden herbs to lift the spirits and raise appetites. Flower pots are painted in fresh green and white, filled with sweet smelling thymes. A gift of dried herbs is presented at each place setting. For the final touch, breads are baked and served warm in flower pots.

Drinks

		Do you want drinks that people will remember? Choose from a broad selection - for example Planters Punch: Made with light rum, fresh pineapple juice, fresh passion fruit juice, fresh lime juice, grated nutmeg, ice, slices of mango and pineapple to garnish.
